CropOver.com is owned and operated by Trident Marketing & Technologies Inc.

When you send a trip request we store your name, contact details, travel dates, traveller numbers and the options you selected so our team can respond. We only contact you about that request unless you separately opt in to travel updates.

Search analytics record route, dates and traveller counts without personal details, to help us improve the service.

Accounts store profile details, saved travellers, searches and booking history. When required by the airline, passenger identity details are shared with Duffel and the airline to arrange travel. Save passport details only if you want to reuse them.

Card numbers and security codes are forwarded over encrypted HTTPS to our secure card payment provider and are not stored by CropOver.com. Payment references and outcomes are retained with your booking. Resend sends request acknowledgments and booking or trip-update emails.

Homepage recommendations use a coarse country signal and advertising campaign tags, not precise location. Browser storage keeps your selected trip and signed-in session.

We do not sell your data. To request access, correction or deletion, email tridentmarketing246@gmail.com. Some booking and payment records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations.
