Terms of service

CropOver.com is operated by Trident Marketing & Technologies Inc. We arrange bookings with airlines and other suppliers on your behalf.

Your flight contract is with the airline, under its conditions of carriage and fare rules, which we show before you pay. You're responsible for checking names, passports, visas and entry requirements.

Prices can change until you pay. Our service fee is included in the total and isn't refundable unless required by law.

Changes, cancellation eligibility, refund amounts and refund form follow the airline's rules, the applicable quote and your legal rights. Airline penalties and fare differences may apply. A cancellation request or quote does not itself cancel a booking; you must review and confirm the available cancellation. Supplier refunds to us and refunds we issue to your original payment card are separate steps. Airline credit does not automatically become a card refund. Contact us about airline-initiated cancellations or material schedule changes before accepting an option.

Read our payment, refund and delivery policy before purchase. Checkout identifies the charged currency and total. Confirmation follows successful payment and supplier booking; a payment alone does not confirm travel.

Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for bookings made from your account.
